HAMMERSMITH ACADEMY, LONDON

Humble Arnold were commissioned as the commercial kitchen designers for this brand new Academy.

The Academy opened in September 2011 and will eventually have 780 places for students of 11-18 years old. The kitchen and servery designs followed the shape of the striking cylindrical building and will deliver lunch service to the pupils and staff across three sittings, with a particular emphasis on healthy eating.

The world renowned Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah is a 1,539 room Destination Resort Hotel complete with a Retail Village, Waterpark and Aquarium. The hotel is located in the middle of the crescent on the man-made island called “The Palm”.
