Nomura appointed us to develop a foodservice strategy and design the extensive catering facilities within its new HQ building to serve their clients and 4500 staff.

Our designs included an Auditorium Pantry (200 seats) and Business Lounge on the Ground Floor; Coffee/Deli Bars on Levels 2 and 3, Staff Restaurant (300 seats), Coffee/Deli Bar and BBQ Terrace (250 persons), all on Level 6; Executive Dining on Level 11.
