EY 25CP has a population in region of 3000 with a daily population of 2000.  Therefore the design objective was to provide Client and Employees with a service and quality of food of the best possible standard whilst showing value for money.

Our designs comprised of:

Main Kitchen, Pantries, Auditorium Pantry, Coffee Bar, Deli/Servery and a Client Hospitality Bar/Restaurant.
