The Practice is led by Stephen Arnold and co-director Edward Bircham.  Stephen joined the company in 1975. Andrew Humble led the business with Stephen until his passing in 2018. Edward Bircham became a director in 2014 and has helped to drive the company further forward.

HAA has an Industry leading reputation for work within the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Indian Ocean Islands and Far East.  The project split between the UK and overseas assignments varies, but the norm would typically be a higher level of commissions overseas. Stephen has led the overseas business development, travelling extensively since the early eighties.

HAA is one of the largest foodservice design consultancy practices in the UK. We have established an office in Johannesburg, South Africa to assist with Middle East and Africa based projects and business development within that region.
